OGS Conference 2024 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your OGS Conference 2024 registration at any time by emailing [email protected],  with a subject line of “Cancellation Request” or by making a request in writing to: Ontario Genealogical Society, 2100 Steeles Avenue West, Unit # 202, Concord, ON L4K 2V1, Attention: Conference 2024.

If your cancellation request is emailed/postmarked by March 31, 2024, we will give you a 100% refund less a $25 administration fee. If your cancellation request is emailed/postmarked between April 1 and April 30, 2024, we will give you a 50% refund. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests emailed/postmarked on or after May 1, 2024.

OGS (Ontario Genealogical Society) reserves the right to cancel Conference 2024 at its sole discretion. In the event of such, a full refund will be made. OGS expressly excludes any liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages howsoever arising as a result of such cancellation and will not, for example, be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

In the event of cancellation, OGS will use reasonable endeavours to alert those who have booked to attend Conference 2024 and details of any cancellation will be posted on https://conference2024.ogs.on.ca.  Attendees are responsible for checking this information prior to the event.
